Our objective is to find, screen, interview and present you with candidates that meet your requirements and will be a great cultural fit for your organization. At this point, we will guide you through the rest of the hiring process, including organizing your interviews and communication with candidates, up until the chosen candidate begins employment.-

Our first step after receiving the job-specific requirements is to use our databases and research tools to identify and contact potential candidates.

Next, we review the potential candidates' resumes and contact those who fit the criteria for interviews to ensure their interest and review their backgrounds.

We will then fill out our Candidate Evaluation Spreadsheet with the information of top candidates and will submit them to you for review.

D. Candidate Introductions
Once you have selected the candidates you would like to meet with - via telephone, in person or otherwise - we will organize and set up the interview.

You may choose to have additional rounds of candidates presented to you by us while you are in the process of making your decision.

We are the liaison between you and the candidates and will support you until an offer is extended and accepted. At this point a 30 day guarantee period is activated.
